Vicki Poulos is senior global brand director for Moxy Hotels. In her role, she is a key member of the Distinctive Select portfolio’s (AC, Aloft, Element, Moxy) executive leadership team charged with defining global brand strategy.
Moxy redefines the traditional hotel experience by exciting the next generation traveler through uncompromising style, playful attitude and well-appointed price point.
Every aspect of this spirited hotel brand has been thoughtfully researched and crafted to reflect and deliver on the changing lifestyles and expectations of today’s Fun Hunting traveler.
Poulos leads the strategic development and execution of culture and training programs, as well as talent acquisition strategies for Moxy, helping to solidify the future success of the growing portfolio around the world.
Additionally, she plays an active role in helping define and pull through global marketing strategy, ensuring that each piece of the unique positioning of Moxy Hotels resonates deeply within the category.
In her tenure with Marriott International’s lifestyle brands, Vicki has made outstanding contributions to Renaissance Hotels, Autograph Collection Hotels and EDITION.
She has been recognized with numerous awards for her work including the company’s Brand Marketing E-Commerce “Creativity & Innovation” award for the groundbreaking Lifestyle University program, created to identify and develop lifestyle leaders around the world and Poulos was recognized for her innovative thinking, dedication and heartfelt commitment to bringing this program to life from “idea” to execution. She was most recently recognized as a top professional under 35 by LinkedIN Next Wave.
With a passion for branding, hospitality and the lifestyle space, Poulos has previously served in leadership roles with Marriott International’s global marketing and e-commerce team, The Drake Hotel and MTV/Viacom.
She graduated from DePaul University and most recently has been accepted into the global executive master of science in strategic design and management program at The New School, Parsons Paris.
